Responsibilities:
Established in 2006, continues to grow dramatically within the IT/telecommunications/Automobility and SCM industry. We encourage our employees in personal development with a passion to succeed and we offer an excellent benefit package. Every employee has access to Medical, Vision, Dental, Life and 401K plus many more.
Responsibilities:
- Quoting, ordering, and shipping development samples to customer
- Managing/tracking internal inventory
- Tracking status of customer sample deliveries, report out weekly to cross functional teams
- Tracking status of internal sample orders
- Work with cross function teams to ensure samples are the correct level (h/w and s/w)
- Preparing necessary documentation for PPAP submissions and submitting into customer system
- Tracking expiration dates for PPAP submissions
- Tracking PPAP submission timing for on-time submissions
- General support for program management team as needed
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Associates Degree
- Ability to lift/carry boxes weighing up to 20lbs.
- Travel up to 40% (domestic & international)
- Attention to Detail
- Good Organizational Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior sales or inventory tracking experience
