Job Function/Description:

We are looking for a Billing-Invoice Specialist for the Logistics Department.  Duties of the Billing-Invoice specialist include providing support to management team and vendors, analyze, audit and billing corrections.
  • Process customer/LSP billing accurately and within requested time per their requirements and according to company policy for various divisions
  • Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database
  • Ability to understand and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment
  • Possess a knowledge and understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L
  • Able to audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts
  • Understand of the internal technologies required for daily functions
  • Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing
  • Complete workload duties within normal and reasonable processing times
  • Build positive support and relationships with various vendors
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
  • Timely completion of functional request
  • Work well as a team member with other company employees, consultants and contractors
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required
  • Performs other job-related duties as required
  • Flexible to work overtime when needed
  • Additional tasks required by Management
  • Flexible to work overtime as required

Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree or more than 3 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office suites products and other applications
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical, and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • May be required to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or weekend or holidays to meet its business needs
  • Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results

  • Bilingual Korean-English Plus
