Years of experience: 2-3 years in relevant field
Team’s Work Schedule: Follow SEA Schedule – Mon-Thurs On Site, Fri. Remote

- Background and experience in SCM and knowledge of its operational & planning processes
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros is not needed) - ability to pull large data sets and create ad hoc reports for upper management
- Versatile and quick to learn; can be trained quickly and easily
- Detail oriented w/ Excellent analytical, Communication, and Computer Skills; will be dealing w/ large data sets
- Experience w/ SAP, NERP, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Able to work OT hours as needed (possible on the weekend as well) - flexible w/ their schedule. If they have to work strictly from 9am-6pm, this position is NOT for them.

Please do not submit candidates that are more Logistics focused - as this is a strictly Supply Chain role dealing with operational and planning, not so much cost analysis and execution

1. Rolling 3 months – on going position (looking to bring on a contractor for long term)
2. Local candidates preferred - this position will have to report to the Ridgefield Park, NJ office and follow current SEA on site office schedule (Mon-Thurs in office, Fri. Remote)

Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to weekly inventory inbound schedules. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing Sellout and AP1 forecasts by product at SKU level while managing optimal inventory levels to support eStore sales.

Job Responsibilities:
• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets related to inventory, inbound/outbound tracking, forecasts, demand analysis.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer information via weekly consensus calls/meetings
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Task Description:
- Daily/Weekly monitoring and updating of Sellout and Supply forecasting by Product/model level
- Lead Weekly Consensus Calls with eCommerce and Product Marketing Teams
- Manage optimal inventory levels at site level, Aging Inventory and WoS tracking, Stock Out Management, New Product Launch analysis and Risk Assessment
- Monitor weekly STO status (end to end) with Demand Fulfillment / Ecommerce Teams / Business Teams / HQ
- KPI & Reporting: Weekly / Monthly KPI tracking, reporting and analysis

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, SCM, Finance, or similar
- 2-3 year work experience in relevant field
- Excellent Analytical, Communication and Computer Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- SAP, NERP, Forecasting System experience helpful.
- Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
- Korean Language skills for working with Samsung Global Operations, not required but helpful
- Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management up to, and including at the Executive level.
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
- Must be available to consistently work overtime and on every weekend if necessary.
