Job Function/Description:
 
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customers' inquiries regarding products, prices, services, and credit terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through efficient work processes and excellent customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote the company’s logistics services and increase brand platform awareness
  • Analyze and research logistics market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes.
  • Design and implement creative campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Maintain relationships with existing customer and partners
  • Needs to prepare detail orientated information in order to support sales staff and the management team.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure timely processing of daily emails, resolution of open issues, and effective communication with customers.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and business share through regular contact (phone, heavy email communication).
  • Monitor trends and promptly report changes to management for necessary actions.
  • Communicate Korean and English fluently with customers.


Requirements & Qualifications:
 
    • Education: College BA
    • Entry level
    • Excellent Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
    • Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean)
    • Able to engage and work directly with customers
    • Open to learning other modes of transportation as needed
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Strong work ethic
    • Problem solver mindset
    • Self-motivated
    • Organized
