Requirements
-
- 9+ years’ experience as a SAP Administrator
- Experience in Planning, installation, configuration, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting of SAP and related modules
- 5 plus years of Oracle database experience
- Linux Redhat experience
- Experience in scripting and scripting automation
- Experience with IDRAC
- Recommend upgrades, refreshes, and improvements to system infrastructure
- Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of change management process
Responsibilities
-
- Design, implement, document, test, troubleshoot, and deploy IT system solutions related to SAP
- Maintain, monitor, and configure Oracle Database
- Act as point person to support overseas SAP operation team to assist and troubleshoot SAP / Oracle issues
- Upgrade / Patch SAP
- Support Oracle-related issues
- Provide tier 3 End user support
- Work with business clients to evaluate, streamline, and improve current systems, processes, and workflow
- Maintain and develop documentation
- Recommend, Design, and plan upgrades and improvements
- Patch Management
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts quickly
- Report system issues quickly
