Responsibilities:
  • Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers
  • Maintain Physical Unix, Windows, Linux Servers
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
  • Manage company's in-house security solution management
  • Project management, planning, DR, new system designs and implementation
  • Keep an eye out for needed updates
  • Backup, DR, Cluster maintenance
  • Support and administer third-party applications
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
  • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
  • Resolve problems reported by an end-user
  • Define network policies and procedures
  • Specify system requirements and design solutions
  • Update and maintain Active Directory users and group

Requirements/Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6~9+ years of related work experience with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience as an IT System Administrator Manager or a similar senior role
  • In-depth knowledge of various operating systems, platforms, databases and networks
  • Familiarity with system security, backup and recovery, patch management, and automation tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and web hosting technologies
  • VMware (vCenter, vSphere) management experience
  • Knowledge of networking services and standard networking protocols
  • Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
  • Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Wiring, Racking, IDF/MDF room experience
  • Familiarity with project management skills
