General Position Purpose: Your role is managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department; monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements; establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Essential Responsibilities
•Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
•Collect, Confirm & Prepare monthly timesheet, and travel expense according to the travel policy.
•Make travel expense reimbursement reports for Payroll to process bi-weekly.
•Collect and track vendor invoices to prepare checks, resolve invoice discrepancies.
•Make travel arrangement for employees.
•Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
•Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups
•Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
•Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
•Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
•Other job duties as assigned including: but not limited to, accounting principle and vendor research.

Supervisory Responsibility

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
