We are looking for a talented solution business support who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for enterprises with innovating IT solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes complete ownership and is responsible for efficient operation of Managed Mobility Service or related experience of life cycle management with corporate IT asset. This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive success within Solution Services under the Intelligent Business team.

This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive success within Solution Services under the Intelligent Business team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Managed Mobility Service for internal users
- Manage mobility inventories and validate/resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support monthly new hire onboarding process for mobility assets
- Resolve operational issues or barriers via partner collaboration, customer engagement, and internal escalations
- Coordinate technical issue resolutions with partners and carriers
- Report bugs in asset management system and ticket for resolutions
- Coordinate and prepare for operational meetings with customers and partners
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or related work experience (0~5 years)
- Three to five years or more of asset management or corporate employee service operations
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Proficient with MS offices like excel, word, power point etc
Preferred:
- Corporate Asset Lifecycle Management experience or Managed Mobility Service Operation experience
