Requirements & Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, project manager, or in a process improvement role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities
  • Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results
  • Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially pertaining to sales, operations, logistics, system, and financial functions
  • Willing to work in the office per company guideline and travel up to 10%
  • Have experience using data visualization, automation and analytics tools preferred (not required)


Responsibilities
 
  • Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and execution of improvement strategies
  • Analyze, visualize and automate data processes working independently or with cross functional teams
  • Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results
  • Lead business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables
  • Manage relationships and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead project team meetings to communicate project status
  • Prepare materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of the team
