Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Years of experience: Minimum two years within logistics/supply chain industry
Team’s Work Schedule: Fully on-site
Under supervision of the manager, this position is responsible for a transactional part of the logistics cycle for all products; such as track & trace, forecast/planning, internal support, and system management (NERP/TMS/WMP)
Communicate and coordinate between customer’s pick-up carriers, factory, and customer
Ability to create dynamic reporting for key measurable and performance tracking
Provide analysis and report through data process and maintenance (forecast, routing, KPI/OTRQ, container and load management)
Oversee empty container assignment and manage monitor status / planned export of loaded trailers
Daily status tracker and trailer load reports sent to customer and carriers
Coordinate loads from carrier yard to MX factory to customer DC/DDCs
Troubleshoot yard issues in alignment with container yard team
Assist in coordination with Supply Chain Planners for both TV & Display to meet deliver / month end goals
Investigate and analyze short pay; obtain documents (POP/BOL)
Work in a continuous improvement spirit across highly-matrix working environment
Complete all other duties as assigned
