Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field. • 3-5 years’ experience working in purchasing area with related education/training.
Summary: The main function of an IT Procurement manager is to purchase the IT hardware/software for the employees following company purchasing policy. Also, responsible for purchasing of the hardware, warranty, software that are used in the company assets by employees in the workplace.
Responsibilities: • Purchase of IT Hardware/Software that the company employee needs. • Purchase of Warranty & Software for company assets. • Procure FOC (Free of Charge) order of equipment for internal consumption. • Manage registered vendor pool per company policy. • Follow up with several vendors and tracking the order. • Process user’s request using internal asset management system. • Analyze & Comparison of the item expense for cost efficiency. • Purchase order related AR/AP processing. • Monthly cost allocation/distribution for the cost to responsible department.
