Dacor Product Engineer will provide support with technical product knowledge. Responsibilities include but are not limited to service ticket review, KPI analysis, VOC support, new model set evaluation, and quality issue detection.
Dacor Product Engineer - Conduct new product evaluation processes and testing efforts for continuous improvement in product and service quality. - Perform approved Service Engineering on-site field product testing, data collection, system evaluation and problem resolution projects. - Analyze and evaluate various Product Categories top symptoms and issues, identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ and Factories. - Provide product test and repair standards for new products. Works closely with HQ Service Engineering to resolve technical issues and to develop product test and repair capability improvements. - Support product quality improvement by monitoring field quality issues and collecting defective parts/unit for root cause and corrective action analysis
Main Roles - Daily service ticket review for quality issue detection/improvement points - 0 Day Pending Tickets - 4K & 5K Ticket - KPI analysis and monitoring - ASR for any increasing trends and analysis for root cause - Warranty Data to monitor service part usage - RRR caused by NDF and Admin issues - Review VOC/escalations received from the field - Provide resolution for escalation - Set Evaluation - Perform product evaluation and communicate review results with GBM on nPass - Review manuals prior to new model release - Service, Training, User, and Installation Manuals
