IT technicians are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. They are required to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.

Job Description
  • Candidate is responsible for performing tasks which require touching the desktop and other computer, server, storage and variable systems.
  • Will physically interfaces with the customer, a professional, courteous demeanor is required in all circumstances.
  • Interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Be decisive, conscientious and interact well in a team environment or training capacity.
  • Reporting (Word, Excel, Power point)

  • Must have bilingual English Korean (both verbal and written), to a wide range of end-users
  • Must possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette. Above average ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Must be decisive, conscientious and interact well in a team environment or training capacity.
  • Knowledge of Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3, DNS, LDAP)
  • Detailed working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, IIS
  • Understanding company groupware solution and organization
  • Understanding Groupware workflows
  • Experience with enterprise email system such as Microsoft Exchange, IBM Notes and etc. preferred.
  • Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Information Technology or related field is preferred. Experience with a wide array of enterprise class applications including Windows, Linux,
  • Detailed working knowledge PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals
  • Desire to learn and is able to follow policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates the ability to work well with a minimal amount of supervision.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of and experience with computer hardware, software and peripheral devices in a diverse environment.
  • Provides a high level of interfacing with co-workers, and communicate effectively with the clients, IT personnel and management.
