Responsibilities
    • System VOC collection
    • Assign and assist with ticket completion using OpenITSM as Service Desk Agent
    • OpenITSM Training for new users
    • Main point of contact for OpenITSM issues. Escalate issue to HQ if unable to be resolved.
    • System Master Data management - Data Gathering / Compilation / Updating / Finalization
    • Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow
    • Technical Support – providing guide Individual employee upon solution provided by HQ


Requirements/Qualifications
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
    • Managing internal tasks and report to relevant member
    • Strong problem-finding skills
    • Must have an experience in end-user support
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential
