Responsibilities
System VOC collection
Assign and assist with ticket completion using OpenITSM as Service Desk Agent
OpenITSM Training for new users
Main point of contact for OpenITSM issues. Escalate issue to HQ if unable to be resolved.
System Master Data management - Data Gathering / Compilation / Updating / Finalization
Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow
Technical Support – providing guide Individual employee upon solution provided by HQ
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
Managing internal tasks and report to relevant member
Strong problem-finding skills
Must have an experience in end-user support
Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential
