Purpose of Position:

The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Carrier Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations.   
The Coordinator will be responsible for creating Delivery orders and escalate inventory alignment issues to management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•       Mobile PO management
o       Provide open POs to account team to align PO status 
o       Create dummy DO based on SCM planning to support Logistics team’s transportation
o       Communicate with Business planning team on PO changes, weekly inventory allocation, Week of Supply at customer’s DC.
o       Drop delivery orders to ensure to meet customer’s requests
•       Communicate cross functional around Supply Chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance)
•       Escalate issues with product availability, launch scheduel, and sales demands to management
•       Coordinate with planning team to align customer orders with forecast data. Conduct CPFR calls to discuss shipping plan across department among different planning teams and customers.
•       Monitor EDI errors and price discrepancy in SAP and ensure SKU, RDD, shipping address, quantity are accurate in all POs.
•       Facilitate with logistic team and transportation team to push through weekly shipment to ensure on time delivery.
•       Allocate available inventory among customers based on RDD, delivery requirements and shipment methods.
•       Modify shipping plan with understanding of packaging schedule for weekly shipment to allocate on hand inventory.

Necessary Skills / Attributes:

* Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field is preferred
* 0-1 years of experience
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
* Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
* Excellent Attention to Detail
* The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.
