Under the guidance of a manger, this position is responsible for the Logistics cycle of CTV products from MX Factory to US Customer Distribution Centers.
The position ensures the smooth transportation of routine products through the transportation channel by monitoring production schedule, container supply, and shipment status as well as collecting and processing delivery and documentation for product payments, returns and claims.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Makes delivery in accordance with the customer's shipping request and meets the RDD (requested delivery date).
• Manages the delivery information based on the system and establishes a preliminary plan to prevent operational trouble.
• [Planning and executing delivery] Supports monitoring the shipment history and executing the tasks according to the plan prepared in advance.
• [Logistics KPI (Key performance indicator) management] Checks making delivery according to RDD (Requested delivery date), and recognizing the revenue by obtaining IOD.
• [Logistics information system operation] Registers and maintains customer delivery request, delivery lead time, and shipping zone based on the system.
• Document and data collection
• Assist in managing cross functional projects.
• Maintaining daily shipment tracking report and record all events in organized manner.
• Communicate with different parties in order to troubleshoot problems.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors or equivalent degree of experience.
• Has general knowledge of logistics operations from factory to customer distribution center and understand shipment documentation.
• Proficient in Computer with high emphasis in excel formulas (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Experience in SAP and TMS are preferred but not mandatory
• Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency. Detail Oriented.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
