Summary:
The main function of a business analyst is to support direct manager, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level.
Job Responsibilities:
� Establish and maintain communication services across business units.
� Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
� Establish and document business processes.
� Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
� Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
� Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Skills:
� Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
� Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
� Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
� Ability to analyze business trends and project future forecast
� Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Education/Experience:
� Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant field required.
� 1-2years related experience required.
