The Senior Manager, Wellness Behavioral Change Specialist will report to the US Head of Digital Health and is responsible for applying a deep understanding of wellness and behavior change theory to develop the digital engagement strategy for users of Health.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with relevant US and Korea HQ teams to implement product design elements to drive user growth and engagement
• Manage projects in behavioral modification with wellness tech
• Support Health team by consulting on behavioral interventions, interpreting data from consumer studies and testing, and developing recommendations on user acquisition and retention
• Proactively stay up-to-date on latest behavioral science best practices, strategies, and industry standards and apply to projects
• Domain expertise in physical and mental wellness
• Educate stakeholders across  Health on behavioral science best practices and recommendations
• Conduct user studies (e.g., AB and multivariate testing) and draw actionable conclusions and recommendations for product design
• Work with Health data team to analyze user behavior data and develop recommendations to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with team around partnership and solution assessment through capabilities evaluations
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Health Team’s strategy

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor Degree required
• 7-10 years relevant experience
• Strong foundation in behavioral science theory and wellness
• Experience in behavioral science and managing projects in behavioral modification with wellness tech
• Experience with digital health, health industry related technologies and services or consumer electronics
• Experience with health and wellness mobile app design
• Experience with consumer data related analytics
• Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations
• Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers, and executives
• Passion for creating great customer experiences and for solving problems
• Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Advanced degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred)

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

• Work is generally performed in an office environment.
• This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
• Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
