Position Summary

The Manager - Partnerships, Digital Health will report to the Head of Partnerships/BD, Digital Health and is responsible for supporting the strategy and executing to the Digital Health GTM plan.  This position focuses on supporting the Digital Health hardware and software strategy, owning specific  hardware and software numbers, executing to the GTM plan, and achieving business goals.

Role and Responsibilities

•       Create Partnership/Business/Business Development strategy and plans in alignment to business goals and execute to plan
o       Build and execute plans to grow hardware and software business
o       Align strategy and plan with HQ/US Digital Health strategy and plans
•       Collaborate with team to determine prioritized list of target organizations
•       Recruit partners and acquire customers in alignment with Digital Health Strategy and GTM Plans
•       Provide inputs/guidance on GTM Strategy - Voice of Partners/Customers, analyze the feedback, conduct gap analysis, and have a perspective and insights on market trends.
•       Serve as Product Category spokesperson (external) and evangelist (internal)
•       Account Management
•       Provide and support analysis of competitive offerings
•       Contribute to the development and execution of the Health Team’s strategy

Qualifications/Skills

•       Bachelor Degree required
•       7-10 years relevant experience
•       Partnership Management/Business Development/Account Management Experience with digital health, health industry related technologies
•       Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations
•       Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers, and partners
•       Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

•       Work is generally performed in an office environment.
•       This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
•       Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. 
•       Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position. 
•       There will be significant travel to develop & manage to business goals
