This role will report to Senior Product Manager and will mainly support operational issues and changes in process and systems by working closely with a dedicated Engineering team, Operations and business teams to help reduce cost, realize operational excellence and improve customer journey on company.

Common Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

•       Product owner to support teams managing new product launch, system implementations, and mechanisms to accelerate growth for sales
•       More specifically, you will partner with engineering and operations teams to improve  especially on fulfillment and billing process

•       You will identify blockers, ruthlessly prioritize, and influence central teams without direct reporting relationship to deliver results
•       Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
•       Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to: scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation
•       Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system 
•       You will analyze inquiries and issues on ERP interfaces or ERP system to come up with improvement plan and make changes to the system

Background/Experience
To qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:

•       3-5 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution and delivery
•       1-3 years of experience in fulfillment/distribution center/operations, supply chain, general management, or engineering operations
•       Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
•       Bachelor's degree in information sciences/or computer science, Business Administration, consulting, or business/analytical experience
•       Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all cross functional teams (technical and business)
•       Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
•       Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
•       Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
•       Team player who collaborates well with others
•       Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
•       Expertise in software product development lifecycle
•       Demonstrable ability to looks for areas of improvement and proposes process improvement initiatives
•       Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level
•       Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
•       Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred
•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills
