Are you an experienced Sales Analytics & Insights leader who thrives off driving short-term & long-term strategy development, strategic initiatives, and business performance across the sales and operations organization? Are you looking for a role where you'll be challenged to take an outside-in lens, help to identify market trends through pin-point analysis to shape retail strategies and major investments - all with a keen lens toward revenue?

The Retail Sales Analytics and Insights Manager should be a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual that can help drive the mobile retail business through sales analysis and insights. They must be able to apply a wide range of knowledge, business acumen, as well as interpersonal skills. This position is suited for someone who is ambitious, hardworking, and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the details. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to innovate and have a tangible and lasting impact on the direction of mobile retail business.

In This Role, You'll Get To

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive patterns from multiple disparate datasets
• Develop and maintains channel-centric and geography-based sales performance models to support development of targets, demand generation campaigns, and guide marketing investments
• Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends into actionable insights and recommendations, and be able to tell the story behind the numbers
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and based on key findings and insights gained, recommend strategic action plans for the Retail and mobile to drive sales across all product categories
• Work cross-functionally to identify current organization gaps and emerging trends and recommend solutions based on quantitative analyses and market insights
• Develop and create excel automated templates to drive efficiencies in turnaround time, while using the additional time to share deeper insights and action items
• Develop and maintain predictive forecasting models, regression models for measuring various channel activities effectiveness and correlation with sell out using python and other statistical tools
• Develop & collect actionable insights across Consumers Experience Journey, to improve and influence consumer experience, which drives Retail’s strategic initiatives for mobile
• Provide content to leaders for presentations and updates to senior retail and executive leadership
• Ability to track and update projects leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence, and be able to provide visibility to statuses on projects and requests

On Your First Day We'll Expect You To Have

• 8+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales analysis, market insights, or related fields (Retail or CPG experience recommended but not mandatory)
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, STEM or similar field of study (Master’s Degree or PhD preferred in similar field of study)
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, A/B testing, cluster analysis, and sample size calculations and tests of significance
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems and deliver insights from data
• Strong understanding of data modeling practices and techniques
• Ability to deploy statistical models preferred
• Ability to manage data across multiple systems required
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and operating independently in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization, to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation
