You will be responsible for supporting B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement operations, with a focus on developing programs, administrative management, work-flow processes and PoP validation for delivery of channel and sales enablement programs. As a member of this team, you will be supporting our fast paced technology environment with dynamic people solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities: As part of the B2B Marketing team, this role will be a shared resource between Channel Marketing and Sales Enablement, focused on working cross-functionally to manage the life-cycle and day-to-day of multiple programs. Detailed Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
• Work with key stakeholders to understand program complexities, nuances and day-to-day needs • Collaborate with multiple carrier channels to manage device seeding programs • Function as a Project or Program Manager as needed to see learning and communication efforts to implementation in accordance with product GTM calendar. • Close coordination between key partners and identified agencies to manage work-flow based on commitments • Understanding of technology solutions and operations from a learning and channel communication perspective • Communication with key stakeholders on program objective status, needs and risk • Developing weekly presentations and pulling weekly dashboards • Aggregating results and supporting ROI measurement & goal attainment • Support invoice processing and data validation

Position Requirements: The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Background in mobile, tablet, PC or other product based OEM’s a plus. The ideal candidate brings superior ability to implement, elevate and execute operational processes to drive success within the B2B organization. Recommend that this candidate is able to commute to Plano, TX office.
• Bachelor's Degree or 6 – 10 years of directly related experience is required • Prior experience will include developing and successfully executing operational processes from the ground, up. • Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals, groups, and other organizational units to carry out the goals of an operational function. • A strong team orientation and a dedication to the success of the team's objectives. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. • Experience with project management tools and applications

Physical/ Mental Demands:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
