Roles and Responsibilities:
1. [Packaging cost management] Supports managing packaging rates for all vendors, and analyze whether costs is paid according to the contracts. 2. [Packaging Order management] Supports checking on tasks related to packaging order in the system (GSCM, NERP, SPES) and package process when change occurs, managing and notifying it to the vendor if the change is required, and researching whether it is reflected in the system cost. 3. [PO control for packaging vendors] Supports to check the operation level of packaging vendors, and related parties. to minimize risks such as line stop, loss time, open PO etc. 4. [Solving packaging operational issues] Assists identifying the cause and the optimal solution for issues that arise during the packaging operations. And prepare the reports for the review meetings. 5. [Depletion plan for aged bulk inventory] support and identifying the aging bulks periodically SM2 & SM3, and make depletion plan with PUMI process.
Necessary Skills / Attributes:
• A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways • May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways • Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative • May determine methods and procedures on new assignments • May mentor or coach team members • Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience
