Role and Responsibilities
Create, plan and execute organizational level diversity and inclusion strategy.
Establish roadmap of key initiatives with clear vision of milestones and success measures.
Integrate diversity, inclusion and belonging activities into business processes.
Integrate diversity and inclusion activities into all HR processes and programs.
Alignment with global initiatives and key performance indicators.
Identify roadblocks and solutions to site implementation plan.
Data driven decisions and ability to demonstrate business case drivers.
Development of program performance metrics and reporting structure to track process.
Workdays & Hours: M-F, 1st Shift, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, with D&I related initiatives such as Employee Resource Groups (ERG), D&I surveys/metrics and training.
Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and forward-thinking individual.
Skilled at communicating effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders of differing viewpoints.
High degree of confidentiality.
Drive to establish tangible results and measurable outcomes.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
