Position Summary:
Work as a development, deployment and implementation Project Manager on the Sales Strategy & Enablement (SS&E) Team to support Sales engagements, planning, platforms, tools, and programs in a cross-functional environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Conducting meetings, approval process and engagement for new projects and managing changes with internal teams and external partners.
• Able to prioritize requests from multiple sources, and enthusiastically assist with a wide variety of enablement tasks
• Assure that enablement project solution goals (scope, schedule, cost and quality) are constantly monitored in order to guarantee the program deliverables and the project success.
• Follow-up, revise and maintain detailed project plans.
• Setting, maintaining and ensuring project management standards across the lifecycle of programs and projects.
• Responsible for the management and optimization of our sales enablement content, tools & technology to drive the continual improvement of account manager performance and productivity.
• Providing up-to-date status for regular reports and meetings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster the cooperation, sharing and synergy between different knowledge areas and teams to ensure the long-term success of the delivered system solution.

Preferred Experience:
• Background in Enablement environments and role functions
• Understanding of Consumer Product Retail Go-to-Market
• Project Management in cross-functional environment
• Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum (Scrum Master)
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
