Dedicated support analyst for the B2B Display sales organization. Responsible for leveraging multiple data points for bench-marking, assessing and recognizing key activities and trends that are impacting a client’s business and transforming them into critical market insights. Delivers strategic and consultative recommendations to help guide and pattern brand and product expectations in the retail environment. Closes the gap between field and corporate groups to deliver a better retail strategy, resulting in the overall betterment of the Company by helping to align focus with studied precision.

Essential Duties:
• Develop internal reporting dashboards via Tableau using a variety of data sets
• Identify business requirements from team leaders
• Reporting development in Excel
• Produce insights on state of the business based on weekly refresh of published dashboards
• Conduct division training on software platform utilization
• Assist Operations Management in process development projects where needed
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from business stakeholders

Necessary Skills:
• B2B IT Channel Industry experience
• Superior Excel skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities and business savvy
• Competency in Tableau dashboard development and Tableau admin functions
• Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects
• Work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
• Accurate and timely analysis working with large multi-variable data sets
• Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast paced environment
• Independent problem solver that demonstrates resourcefulness and takes initiative
• Approachable individual that actively engagements with customer teams, internal support teams and Executives to achieve common goals

Qualification Requirements:
• Should have a minimum of 3 years in sales operations, product planning, statistics, finance, or related field
• Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communications in English.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Tableau, other data cleansing and analytics tools a plus.
