  Job Description: Summary
This reorganization includes expanded scope of responsibility and vendor oversight of material IT Service functions which include Tier 1 IT Service, Knox Manager, Workplace business mobile phone line service, workplace asset management, Telephony Infrastructure, and all associated labor under those functions.


1. New -> Managerial supervision of 1 RFT, 2 indirect contractor and 20+ additional indirect resources and Vendors.  (Value = $20M per Year)

New – PC/OA Helpdesk & Remote PC/OA Helpdesk- 20+ additional IT help technician
PC & Mobile Support
·       Managing 20+ technician in 3 major location and 25 remote location different
Supporting 7,000+ users with: AD, Exchange, u-Ready, SVPN, BMA, etc.
·       Remote IT Technical Support Locations: Playa Vista, Washington, D.C., Bellevue II
IT Technical Support
·       Escalation Support, Security admin, Application Operation, Project Lead / Support, VIP Support
·       Remote IT Technical Support Locations: Playa Vista, Washington, D.C., Bellevue II
·       New hire onboarding: PC (Laptop, Desktop), and IT peripheral  deployment
·       Terminated user off boarding : PC (Laptop, Desktop) and IT peripheral return support
·       Ticket based user support :( PC, Mac, mobile, share drive, Email, Password reset, etc.)
·       Ticket based support escalation:(SVPN, U-Ready, WebEx, Network, Printer, Knox Portal, G-ERP)
·       Systems :  Migration project / Corporate active directory migration
·       Project base upgrade service : Windows OS upgrade
·       Printer service operation (MPS)
·       Deployment/Shipping & Receiving :(Printer/Consumable)
·       Direct vendor partners to ensure that standards used as part of their recommendation align with the technology standards.

New : Workplace IPT Solution
·       Daily oversight and management of all telecommunication technology vendor partners providing service in the workplace.
·       Coordinating work with the preferred Mobile technology provider and facilities partner to manage all Mobile service projects and day-to-day service in the workplace.
·       Directing mobile vendor partners to ensure that standards used as part of their recommendation align with the Mobile technology standards.
·       Daily interaction with multiple vendor partners to ensure that technology solutions do not go offline and cause a disruption to the business (e.g. company issue cell, desk phones, FMC, Polycom, non- restricted corporate line, etc.).
·       Analyzes weekly and monthly volume reports on usage to make recommendations for changes in plans, employee offerings or price structures.
·       Manages process for mobility kit and mobile device upgrade; partners with SDSA to manage all request for new, loaner or repair devices or carrier changes
·       Oversees request for mobile phone carrier changes across the portfolio

New : In-house Management Business line and device mgmt. Team
·       Workplace business mobile line & Device direct management 
·       New hire onboarding and upgrade : cell phone / mobile kit , and Mobile application deployment
·       Oversee physical device and Service lines direct mgmt. with Carrier
·       System maintenance operation and administration
·       Negotiate Master agreement contract with Mobile carriers to get better service for teh cost saving 
·       Manage the FOC device Order/Distribution/Return/Repair)
Managing Ticket based support escalation:(SVPN, U-Ready, WebEx, Network, Printer, Knox Portal, G-ERP)
