Responsible, under minimal supervision, to provide technical analysis of new products being launched into North America. Assist in the preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals. Create and maintain service BOM. This role will manage multiple projects, update required reports and keep management apprised of all product launches.

Job Responsibilities:
•       Individual contributor representing the most common entry point for this career level. Learns to use theoretical professional concepts and applies company established practices and processes to deliver work under general supervision.
•       Perform teardown analysis of all phones which identifies repair serviceability constraints.
•       Provide detailed analysis and report to HQ based on findings.
•       Communicate with Service Engineering to ensure overall launch readiness.
•       Identifies potential performance problems and disseminates pertinent technical and repair information to appropriate personnel.
•       Shares improvements and experiences in product troubleshooting, failure analysis, diagnostics and repair techniques with team and supervisors to improve repair productivity.
•       Using relevant technologies (WCDMA, GSM, CDMA, LTE, 5G-Sub6 and MmWave) perform electronics testing using Spectrum Analyzer, Agilent Power Supply, Rhode and Schwartz CMW500, CMW100 and various Shield boxes that ensure overall product readiness.
Skills:
•       Work generally performed in an office, lab, warehouse environment.
•       May operate PC and product test equipment between 50% - 100% in an alternating sedentary and highly mobile position. Lift, move, or adjust general test equipment, boxes, supplies, materials or products weighing up to 20 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
•       High level of visual acuity, numeric/character distinction and moderate color distinction for accurate test equipment operation, for information analysis and error recognition. High hand/finger dexterity with fine motor coordination skills to perform electronic component repair work.
•       May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.

Education/Experience:
•       Bachelor's Degree or 2 - 4 years of directly related experience is preferred.   
•       Prior experience in the telecommunications industry preferred. Strong Project Management skills and the ability to prioritize in a complex working environment. Comprehensive use of Microsoft Office applications operating in a Windows environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
•       The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company and with external contacts including customer, authorized service agent, sale & equipment service representative, etc.
•       Must be able to influence others in acceptance, approval and to provide technical clarification.
The ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments.
•       The ability to read, provide written critical technical review and prepare reports, technical manuals, test procedures and technical product repair information. Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications.
•       Work under very little supervision and guidance to identify and ensure achievement of production team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 2 – 4 years of related field experience
- BILINGUAL - able to read/write/speak (Korean/English) is MANDATORY  - to communicate w/ HQ supervisors. HM will NOT review candidates that are non-bilingual.
