Minimum qualifications:

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent and 3 + years of full lifecycle recruiting experience of engineering positions
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying active and passive candidates by utilizing a variety of methods including social media platforms, external research, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong track record in souring qualified candidates, lead development, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
  • Proven ability to research and understand divisional business needs in a high tech company and implement tactical plans that will meet hiring goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing for requisitions from opening to closure and taking responsibility to ensure successful completion.
  • Proven experience influencing job profile and offer definition internally in addition to negotiating external offer parameters and relocation needs.
  • Solid understanding of EEO, AA, and FLSA wage and hour laws.
