Position Summary: 
The Senior Sales Analyst should be a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual that can help support the Sales Strategy and Go to Market segment of our mobile retail business.  They must be able to apply a wide range of knowledge, develop complex sales analysis models, have the technical skills and abilities to design and recommend strategic initiatives that drive sellout & market share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•       Develop and maintain predictive forecasting models, regression models for measuring effectiveness of various channel activities, and correlation with sell out using statistical tools
•       Develop and maintains channel-centric and geography-based sales performance models to support development of targets, demand generation campaigns, and guide marketing investments
•       Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends into actionable insights and recommendations, and be able to tell the story behind the numbers
•       Establish and maintain regular automated reporting that analyzes data from multiple sources to provide insight into the performance of the mobile business leveraging tableau and other date visual tools
•       Conduct deep-dive analyses and based on key findings and insights gained, recommend strategic action plans for the Retail and mobile to drive sales across all product categories
•       Work cross-functionally to identify current organization gaps and emerging trends and recommend solutions based on quantitative analyses and market insights
•       Create and update existing Tableau Dashboard to support Filed team to achieve company/retail goal. Dashboard is required to be updated and reflect the most current need for the business with regular content updated.
•       Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to synthesize trends into actionable insights and tell the story behind the numbers
•       Ability to source, combine and synthesize large amounts of data from various sources like Hadoop, SQL Server, Vertica
•       Prepare presentations and updates to senior management and headquarters

Requirements:
•       Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar field of study
•       Master degree preferred in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Analytics, or similar field of study
•       6-8 years of work experience in Sales Planning, Strategic Planning, or Sales Analysis
•       Expertise in MS Excel, Power Point, Tableau.
•       Working knowledge of Alteryx, Python, and SQL
•       Familiarity with statistical modeling, A/B testing, cluster analysis, and sample size calculations and tests of significance
•       Experience in Machine Learning and AI preferred
•       Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience building and delivering presentations
•       Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand root cause & effect
•       Capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
•       Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects. Read and interpret detailed and complex customer requirements
•       High energy, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
•       Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations
