As an integral part of the Corporate Communications team, this role will support and manage a broad range of projects across the department. This role will coordinate a large budget for the team, including annual budget planning and monthly budget management to ensure timely processing of invoices, compliance practices are followed and budget activity is actively tracked. In this role, the candidate will also handle coordination with multiple agencies and vendors, including annual review of partners and new vendor on-boarding. In addition, the candidate will provide project management support for key communications initiatives including the US Newsroom, Internal Communications and Risk Communications, as well as coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure the team is staying connected and creating detailed project dashboards and scorecards on projects and initiatives that relate to the Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate is pro-active, analytical, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and client service-minded, and can manage multiple complex projects at time.

• Support project management needs across the Corporate Communications team, working with leaders in Risk Communications, Internal Communications and Newsroom
• Day-to-day management of budget; Resolve invoicing and billing issues as needed
• Prioritize multiple projects with varying levels of urgency and timelines in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
• Provide prompt, clear and concise direction to vendors, partners and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
• Problem solve through understanding of processes and utilization of available resources
• Liaise with Global Newsroom, Global Business Teams and North America teams, as needed
• Represent the Corporate Communications team in various meetings

• Knowledge of WordPress, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Creative Cloud and ability to learn new platforms, as needed
• Bi-lingual in Korean-English is preferred
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism required as a representative of the company
• Comfortable with or can quickly learn new project management tools (i.e. SmartSheets)
• Ability to work independently and an entrepreneurial spirit; strong decision making, problem solving and project management skills
• Must have excellent time management, organizational and project management skills
• Must display good judgment and use discretion when presented with sensitive or confidential issues
• Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on high-quality results and flawless execution
• Must have sharp eye for quality control and consistency
