• Extensive use of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Table functionalities (attached an excel test would be preferred)
• Experience synthesizing and summarizing large amounts of Ad Hoc data for leadership reporting
• Ability to build reports

Specific responsibilities include:

• Weekly store item level inventory reporting based upon team’s forecasting, allocation, and replenishment strategy and execution plan. Ensuring Direct to Consumer Retail Team is in compliance with all company directed forecasting goals (WOS) and minimizing stock outs at store level
• Maintain inventory aging reporting to provide actionable insights to broader DTC team on inventory depletion strategies
• Develop and manage shipping dashboard to cross functional departments
• Create and manage new item launch tracker. Identifying, communicating, and closing gaps on any potential roadblocks for successful new item launches
• Work closely with Demand Planning, Visual Merchandising and Marketing associates to understand upcoming priorities, how that will impact inventory needs, and proactively make forecast adjustments
• Build relationships and partner with the broader internal Supply Chain team, including .com


Background & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-6 years of directly related experience is required
• Extensive use of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Table functionalities
• Experience with Tableau/PowerPoint/other tools for summary and executive level reporting
• Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system preferred
• Experience synthesizing and summarizing large amounts of Ad Hoc data for leadership reporting
• Experience with item level inventory forecasting and replenishment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual
• Ability to work flexible hours
