Job Responsibilities:

- Order management including order processing, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Generate multiple daily reports for select accounts.
- Interact directly with Customer Service teams regarding order status and product availability.
- Interact directly with Supply Chain team regarding product availability


- Competency in SAP systems and Microsoft Offic.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Problem solving abilities
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Abilitiy to work well in a team and with demanding time frames.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Strong Excel skills a must.


- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years experience in order management.
