Retail Communication and Planning Manager / Plano, TX / Mobile / AM752771

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
This role will be responsible for supporting senior leaders and executives in the Retail Mobile organization with communication distribution and engagement initiatives, leader talking points, written communications, presentations, reporting support and coordination with other teams.
Successful candidates are leaders and ambitious who will be able to demonstrate previous experience with senior level communication, business planning, an ability to network and build connections internally, and a willingness to challenge the status quo to think beyond incremental improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Be the voice and of senior leaders through leadership and communication
• Consolidate reporting and communication for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings
• Develop communication touch points with all levels of Retail leadership and key leaders at the SVP and VP level from key related functions
• Lead initial discussions and prepare weekly materials for executive with efficiency
• New ideas to improve our communication efficiency
• Support quarterly and annual business planning
• Create clear reporting and communication tools to ensure cross-functional visibility and alignment to the organization priorities
• Support senior leaders in communications and reporting, driving consistent messaging across the organization and appropriately highlighting progress against strategic priorities
• Consolidation and collaboration with Retail leadership on global executive requests

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of directly related experience ( Prefer Bachelors in Administration or Marketing)
• Experience communicating cross-functionally, from all business levels
• Be able to set clear daily priorities in alignment to business needs
• Experience collaborating with senior executives across a large organization
• Proactive in looking for solutions to problems with innovative ideas and working collaboratively across multiple business units
• Be able to think and act big picture around our business priorities and efficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; Excel (expert)
• Results-driven with high sense of urgency
• Experience handling time-sensitive and confidential business information and challenges
• Excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills
• Superior judgment, and presentation skills, have the ability to work under continual deadlines and high pressure
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues
