Jot Title: Administrative Assistant / Account Lead

Summary
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant / Account Lead to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
 
Responsibilities
 
o Organize and schedule appointments for W/H Supply & Office Supply
o Cello vendor search, PUMI, Purchasing
o Cello invoice Upload & Reconciliation 
o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
o Develop and maintain a filing system for purchasing
o Validate time in and out data vs. staffing company invoice
o Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
o Maintain pallet inventory and make PO in advance
o Submit and reconcile expense reports
o Provide general support to visitors
o Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
o Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from
senior managers
o Perform other job-related duties as required
o Timely completion of functional request
o Work well as a team member with other Samsung employees, consultants and contractors
 
Minimum Qualifications:
o High School degree or above; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary
will be a plus
o Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
o Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
o Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
o Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
o Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office suites products and other applications
o Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
o Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
o Decision making and problem-solving skills
o May be required to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or
weekend or holidays to meet its business needs
o Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
o Able to work in multicultural environment
