JOB TITLE: Manager – Public Relations

Will report to: Director of Brand PR

The Manager of Public Relations is responsible for supporting the implementation of Strategic PR communications programs and initiatives to drive awareness for its brand reputation and thought leadership in the U.S. The role’s responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic and tactical plans to generate positive coverage in tech, mainstream business and lifestyle outlets
- Writing & reviewing press materials, including media pitches, newsroom blog posts and narratives
- Working hand-in-hand with the Media Relations team
- Compiling applicable reports and project management trackers, including maintaining calendar of Brand PR activities
- Supporting Director of Brand PR on strategic projects

This position will require a communications professional to comfortably interface with internal marketing and business stakeholders, as well as agency partners.

The manager must have creative communication acumen and operational expertise (manage multiple projects) to contribute to measurable market impact for PR campaigns. Finally, the manager must also demonstrate a track record of managing successful media relations campaigns that delivered measureable impact and compelling stories to increase brand awareness.

Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree a plus

5-7 years of experience, preferably in Corporate Communications, Brand PR and/or Media Relations. Tech PR generalist is ok, too.
Strong writing skills are a must
Affinity for storytelling and project management are a plus
