Title: IT Sales Consultant Manager (pre-sales/sales activity)

*Must be (Native) fluent in English to be client facing for B2B client prospecting

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Execute pre-sales and sales activity for IT Innovation Business solutions and services as expert Sales Consultant
  • Example Products/Services:  Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI Analytics, Data Visualization, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Call Center Operations, Application Development/Operations, Managed Desktop Service (DTS), Managed Print Services (MPS), etc.
  • Product/Service area to be assigned based on Sales Consultant’s area of expertise and/or company’s sales needs by area.
  • Client Prospecting: Cultivate and manage business relationships with potential clients, propose solutions/services and acquire new business contracts
  • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure stable sales to delivery transition
  • Execute market research on relevant solutions, partners, potential customers, competition, and market trend
  • Draft client proposals for project and business opportunity prospecting
  • Host necessary sessions such as solution introductions and live demos for prospective clients
  • Reporting into Business Development Team
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent documentation skills (Client proposals)
  • Knowledge/interest in emerging technology, solutions, and business trends
  • Experience in IT Sales/Consulting
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be flexible in offering variety of IT solutions and services
