HA Business Operations Support
Top Must Haves:

Candidate will be expected to execute the operational duties of a support to major accounts being a liaison between Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain.
- Order management including order processing, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Interact directly with Business Center teams regarding order status and product availability.
- Generate multiple daily reports for select accounts.
- Work Closely with the Supply Chain Team to resolve inventory outages to prevent order reschedules
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in SAP systems.
- Exceptional customer service background.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- College degree required.
- 2-3 years related experience required.
