Job Title: Associate, eCommerce Operations
Work Location: Coppell, TX (On-site)
** Candidates must be able to report ON SITE from day 1 and all throughout assignment. Our intent is to bring on for long-term (possibility of extension if competent)
Work Hours: Tues-Sat, 11am-7pm CST (Saturday may be flexed to 8am-5pm CST).
Top 3 must have skill sets:
1) Strong Excel and problem-solving skills; w/ basic accounting principles
2) Ability to multitask with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
3) Flexible with change, focused on instructions – ability to run and track KPI’s and sum data to put in to reports for management
Position Summary:
  • The position ensures the best-in-class execution for Logistics operations (Fulfillment, Quality, Returns Management and Business Coordination).
  • Responsible for the execution of daily Logistics operations • This role will ensure that shipments are delivered to customers without delays.
Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamics
  • Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity
  • Track and trace shipments daily and proactively to avoid any delays
  • Support business departments on urgent shipments and new-launch models
  • Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested
  • Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary
  • Work proactively with 3PL’s to ensure continuous support for optimal production and solutions
  • Assist Warehouses and Customers on critical shipments and non-standard requests
  • Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
  • 4 Year bachelor’s degree in engineering or Supply Chain OR High School Diploma with Minimum 2+ years of eCommerce experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume, automated operations preferred
  • High-Tech supply chain and/or logistics experience
  • Reliable analytical skills
  • Network Optimization experience a plus
  • Good social and team working skills
  • Proficient ability in working within Excel
Ideal Skills and Attributes:
  • Works closely with team members
  • Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred
  • Experience in Parcel shipment analysis & execution
  • Ability to communicate status updates in writing, through email, or orally
  • Ability to clearly define objectives, identify tasks and work assignments based upon training
