Job Overview:
Individual will be responsible to manage overall issues and User Trial testing for un-released products.
He/she must be very good at multi-tasking as multiple projects must be managed at the same time.
Issues registered by users must be looked in actual user point-of-view to determine whether issue must be registered on internal system or not.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify potential problems/risks and maintain a risk management prior to conducting UT Project
Recruit and manage overall user pool readily available for any upcoming projects and provide on-site training if necessary.
Ensure UT devices are setup properly prior to the execution of the project, and/or update device setup document as required
Review and understand full technical details in order to identify project consideration and communicate to all stakeholders
Monitor issues registered during trial period to ensure fix is provided prior to launch in the market
Understand the details of issues and its analysis thoroughly in order to determine the validity of the decisions made
Analyze data collected from users during trial to find out issue trend and user patterns in pre-launched devices
Create project status report periodically(weekly, Monthly, etc.) as well as final report when the project is finished
Monitor and Control projects based on business objectives and key performance indicators
Conduct Pre/Post Surveys for UT project as well as surveys for in-depth analysis on user behavior of using certain features on new product
Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to track carrier and manufacturing schedules to coordinate PT project schedule.
Determine course of action for the completion of objectives and tasks with limited instruction.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments
Communicate with internal/external users in professional manner to maintain a good relationship with them to secure strong user pool for the User Trial Project
Solve problems involving highly diverse conditions requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned concepts

Qualification:
(Background and Experience)
A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related electronics technical training from four-year college, university or heavy related on the job training at a significant level
0-2 years experiences in the telecom industry.
Strong communication skill for demonstrations and conducting end-user training
Korean (business proficiency) and English (business proficiency) speaking/reading/writing ability. (preferred)
Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis and establish process mapping
Demonstrated English language competency in both written and oral communication modes for both internal and external communications
Working knowledge on Android, iOS and Windows platform
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company.
Must be able to influence others in acceptance and approval while also providing technical clarification. High degree of technical aptitude in software testing principles
Understand all relevant technologies in current market and evolving market place
Exposed to situations where only broad and general guidelines for problem solving.
Passion for learning and upkeep of evolving technologies. Having an in-depth understanding on how technology influences the development of culture and society
