Education and years: AA, BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred and 0-2 years of facilities/office management & Administrative experience
- Responsible for follow-up on actions based on various team projects
- Microsoft Excel experience required (Advanced and above level)
- Work independently without regular direct supervision
- Must be organized and have exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Computer, and IT related knowledge required
- Must be bi-lingual (Korean/English)
- Identify examinee and schedule SW Exam via GSCS system
- Coordinate with HQ and OPS team if necessary regarding SW Certificate Operation
- Maintain and update spread sheet for test results, test dates, employee certificate status and etc.
- Coordinate with IT team to resolve any IT issues for the exam
- Coordinate with HR and Hiring Manager on identifying examinee and available exam date to schedule Pre-employment S/W Exam via GSCS system.
- Inform information related to Software Certification exam to OPS, Departments, and examinees
- Ensure all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as GA, IT helpdesk, Finance, and --- - S-- Security depending on the type of inquiry by teams and report results.
- Maintain, track, and create reports for departmental resources (regular full time, outsourcing) Create weekly resource HC and visitor HC reports
- Prepare daily or weekly report regarding office issue and tasks to OPS Team -Provide support to new hires upon arrival such as seating arrangements, desk phone, mobile phone, if needed; asset acquisitions, request IT assets via GHR for employee
- Check with hiring manager on asset return status when an employee leaves
- Create and assist PUMI (approval request) as needed for the department ex) low value assets, samples, repair and construction, lost property, immigration related, etc
- Perform general office management and administration duties for the department, including mail, courier shipments, copies, printing, office setup, etc
- Collect and Analyze expense data from the related sources/department to the SAP data
- Support special projects related to expense (HQ requests, Office relocation, -Investment, and etc.)
- Support and assist asset management by receiving asset data from responsible departments to analyze and request to correct discrepancies found
- Support purchase request and create and assist PUMI (approval request) as needed for the department ex) low value assets, samples, repair and construction, lost property, immigration related, etc -Other Duties as assigned
