Operation Manager 3 / Plano, TX / Business / AM738798

Purpose: Provide always on support. This support team will provide remote support -- tracking, monitoring, reporting and maintaining process and procedures for maximum efficiency while upholding brand standards Functional Responsibilities:
1.            Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce and eliminate potential errors
2.            Provide technical assistance to teams and staff
3.            Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.  Drive for issue resolution
4.            Interact with team, resolve problems, and provide information/content/training
Specific Duties, not limited to:
1.            Merchandising issue resolution and support
•             POP Collateral Support
•             VMP Tool/ Digital Tool Support
•             Parts and Pieces Ordering
•             BBY Reset Support
•             Phase 2: Retail portal: hub for plan-o-gram, marketing assets, training content, etc
2.            Elite and Pro Support
•             Email, trouble shooting, redemption resolution
•             EPP and Promo support
3.            MCS (Systems, tools, resources)
•             Store list integrity
•             Survey issues
4.            Training Support
•             Provide supplemental tools and content
•             Answer questions and provide clarity on USPs/specs
•             Lead regional training events
 
Skills and Qualifications:
Operations support representatives are good listeners and problem-solvers who can diagnose and resolve a variety of issued that are faced in the retail environment.  Essential skills:
•             Customer service –support representatives use customer service skills to put customers at ease and help them solve their technical issues and remedy concerns
•             Communication skills –support representatives need excellent listening and verbal communication skills to understand customer complaints and clearly relay solutions to technical problems
•             Functional/Technical skills – excellent functional/technical skills are essential for support representatives, who must help others fix solve issues of all types
•             Data entry – some data entry skills are a must-have for support representatives, who input information into support logs for each and every intake
•             Time management –support representatives use time management skills to prioritize customer inquiries and quickly address issues
•             Problem-solving skills – support representatives use their problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and fix them accordingly
