Job Duties:
  • Candidate should lead the growth business strategy and execution plan
  • Candidate can identify the market and technology of connected future workspace, develop business model including service offering
  • Prepare execution plan including resource, budget, and revenue plan for new business offerings
  • Candidate should able to communicate and persuade c-level stakeholders including both material and presentation with professional manner
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer’s specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Learning about how products and service work
  • Ensuring qualify of service by developing a through and detailed knowledge of technical specifications
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software
  • Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Establish business relationship with clients and key accounts including channels
  • Meet both revenue target that has been set internally
  • BS degree from an accredited institution or the international equivalent is required, as is a relevant advanced degree, Top tier MBA plus
  • Proven track record of business development and new business execution experience in the IT area
  • In-depth of knowledge and experience of smart workplace and IoT area
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a manager or leadership position
  • Minimum 15 years of experience of IT/IoT or Smart Workplace business
  • Excellent writing and superior communication skills
