Multiple warehouse positions - Inbound/Outbound/Inventory/Return

A new warehouse is in development, we are looking for experienced candidates that have experience with overseeing inbound, outbound, inventory, or return shipment.

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following the operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Upholding and promoting a positive workplace and professional company culture.
  • Complying with and documenting compliance to all relevant DOT and OSHA regulations. 
  • The training and deployment of operational technologies that will enhance overall performance, including but not limited to the use of wireless mobile devices, and/or other web-based products.
  • Hands on management – active participation in working directly with drivers/staff at all levels. Able to lift 50-75 pounds.
  • Perform other duties of projects assigned by management.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the following is required: Supervision, Overseeing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information , Equipment Maintenance, Inbound Outbound, Return
  • No more than 7 years of experience
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Able to adapt to company culture
  • Must be flexible and a go-getter
  • Must have positive attitude
