Job Function/Description:

 
  • Do daily operation for trucking from cargo pick up to delivery (Order receiving, cargo preparation at W/H, make appointment with consignee/trucker, prepare paper work
  • Manage overall trucking business with staffs
  • Monitor cargo pick up/deliver & etc)
  • Troubleshoot all happenings from booking to cargo delivery with in a timely way
  • Daily communication with customer/trucker (e-mail, phone)
  • Make daily cargo delivery status & report it to customer
  • Recommend when needed changes in current processes
  • Reporting as needed (Service failure report, claim/damage report, others)
  • Accuracy of data entry into Cello and other systems as needed
  • Maintenance SOP/Work Instructions and ensuring operational best practice in line with customer
  • requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance
  • Maintaining essential account documentation with up to date information and ensuring that it is
  • collated and stored so as to be readily accessible
  • Provide process engineering, analytical and project management support to the logistics operation
  • Provides leadership by implementing short range plans and identifying goals and objectives to meet the plant's mission, and strategic plans
  • Analyze routings of trucking and consider best options for customer
  • Control truckers and do evaluation for their service level
  • Follow any other orders from management
  • Performs other job-related duties as required
  • Travel up to 25%


Minimum Qualification
  • Must have four plus (4) years of experiences in logistics, two (2) in a manager role or relevant field
  • Preferred BA degree or more than 5 years relevant experiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Able to work in multicultural environment
  • May be required to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or weekend or holidays to meet its business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and other applications
