Job Description:

IT Specialist Staff
We are looking for a System IT Office Administrator responsible for maintain all aspects of the company’s network and computer systems, and responsible for ensuring all assigned general office administrative work documents and related filings are processed accurately and in a timely manner; in accordance with all applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Provide regular reports and regular communication with Client’s designated manager.
• Install and configure software and hardware including servers, PCs, printer, CCTVs, Time-Punch system, security access systems, switches, phone, internet and other warehouse applications.
• Manage network servers, technology tools and inventory.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outage.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN & Terminal Services.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Provide regular reports and regular communication with Client’s designated manager.
• Assist with maintaining lease agreements (office, cars, equipment) and their renewals.
• Assist with office space arrangement and renovation.
• Manage purchase orders and process invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by
• working closely with the accounting / financing team.
• Manage badge and access control for new hires and existing employees.
• Manage, oversee, and process various requests including office supplies, timeclock management, reporting, etc.
• Receive and distribute various mail parcels.
• Contribute to overall human resource team by accomplishing related tasks as needed; such as company events and volunteer events
• Travel may be required up to 25%
